Complete flat renovations
What is a full flat renovation?
A full flat renovation works on the whole property at once: plumbing and electrical services, layout, flooring, tiling, joinery and finishes. Unlike a partial renovation (where only one particular room is dealt with), a full renovation transforms the flat from top to bottom with every trade coordinated by the same team. It’s the ideal option when the flat is dated, when you’ve just bought it or when you want to adapt it completely to the way you live. The result is a renewed, efficient home with no jobs left hanging.

Guide prices
How much does it cost to renovate a flat?
The price of a full flat renovation depends above all on the square metres, the starting condition and the quality of the finishes. As a rough guide, a full renovation usually runs between €400 and €700 per m². To give you an idea by the size of your property:
60 m² flat
70-80 m² flat
90-100 m² flat
Over 100 m²
These figures are a guide. The only way to know what your renovation will really cost is a detailed quote after the visit, which we do at no obligation and broken down line by line.

Visit and assessing the flat
We come to your property, take measurements, check the state of the services and listen to how you want the flat to end up. No obligation and no cost.
Design and detailed quote
We propose a layout and hand you a quote broken down line by line: services, building work, finishes and everything your renovation covers. No small print and no hidden costs.
Carrying out the work
Our team carries out the renovation with every trade coordinated and in the right order. We send you regular updates on progress so you're informed throughout.
Handover and final check
We go through every room with you before calling the job done. The renovation ends when you're happy with the result, not before.
Frequently asked questions about flat renovations
Here are the questions we get asked most about flat renovations. If you still have one, write to us and we’ll help, at no obligation.
The price of a full flat renovation usually sits between €400 and €700 per m² with mid-range specifications. For a 90 m² flat, that comes to roughly between €36,000 and €55,000. The final cost depends on the starting condition, the layout and the materials. We give you a detailed, itemised quote after the visit, at no obligation.
A full renovation of an average flat usually takes between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the floor area and the scope of the work. The quote gives you a realistic schedule with start and handover dates, and we keep you informed throughout.
On a full renovation it isn’t advisable, because every room and every service is being worked on at once. If you’d rather keep part of the flat liveable, we can propose a phased renovation. We weigh it up with you on the visit according to your case.
In most cases, yes. A renovation adds value, allows a higher rent and cuts maintenance and call-outs in the short term. We adjust the level of the renovation so the investment stacks up for letting.
It depends on the scope. If the renovation doesn’t alter the structure or the layout, a minor works licence is usually enough. If walls come down or major services are changed, a technical design and a major works licence may be required. We advise you and handle the paperwork.
A partial renovation only deals with part of the flat, such as one room or the services. A full renovation renews the whole property, with every trade coordinated. On the visit we advise you on which makes more sense given the state of your flat and your budget.
