If you go ahead, we agree dates and get started. And if you don't, no hard feelings: the quote is yours and you haven't paid for it.

Nothing. We come and see the job, take measurements and prepare the quote free of charge and with no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you don’t pay a thing.
We travel across the whole province of Alicante. The towns we work in most are listed on the areas page, but if yours isn’t there, get in touch anyway: chances are we cover it too.
The more specific you are, the better we can advise you before the visit: rough square metres, what you want to change, whether the property is lived in or empty, and anything that worries you (damp, old wiring, a deadline). That said, your town and a general idea is enough for us to call you.
Yes. We do full renovations, but also individual jobs: a bathroom, a kitchen, smoothing textured walls, waterproofing a terrace or glazing a balcony. You can see them all on the services page.
We only use it to reply to you and prepare your quote: we don’t pass it on to anyone and we won’t add you to any mailing list. You can read the details in the privacy policy and ask us to delete it whenever you like.
