What is a home handyman service?
Everyone has a list of pending jobs no trade will come out for: the door that rubs, the flat-pack still in its box, the shutter that won’t lift, the dripping tap, the lamp never hung. A small-repairs service bundles all of those into a single visit, with a professional who brings the tools, works through the whole list and leaves the house as it was. It’s what people call a handyman, with one difference: behind it there’s a renovation company, so if a repair uncovers something more serious, you’re not left stranded.

Doors that rub or won't close, hinges, handles, window adjustments and draught strips so the air stops whistling.
Minor electrical work
Sockets, switches, wall lights, light-fitting swaps and small faults that don't need certified works.
Minor plumbing
Dripping taps, leaking cisterns, traps, flexible hoses and silicone sealing in kitchen and bathroom.
Walls and finishing touches
Holes and chips, paint touch-ups, renewed silicone joints and those finishing touches left over from the last job.

The same repairs in community entrance halls, garages and gardens, one-off or within the monthly maintenance contract.

It works better by list than by breakdown: write down everything that’s pending and we’ll sort it in a single visit, which is where the value is. The team is our own, arrives with the tools and the usual materials, and responds within 24 to 48 working hours. We cover the whole province of Alicante. And if what turns up is more serious than a repair (damp, an old installation, a bathroom that needs renovating), we tell you straight and our renovation team quotes it: same company, different size of job.

We prefer not to charge by the hour but by a fixed list: you send us the jobs, we assess them and tell you the total price before we come. That way you know the cost without watching the clock while we work.
