FULL RENOVATION SPECIALISTS

RENOVATION SERVICES

What is a full renovation?

A full renovation is one where every element of a home, flat or commercial unit is dealt with in a single job: electrical services, plumbing, building work, flooring, joinery and finishes. Unlike a partial renovation (where only one room or one particular element is tackled), a full renovation transforms the property from top to bottom with every trade coordinated by a single team. The result is a completely renewed home, with no jobs left hanging and without having to hire different trades separately.

How we work

How we run a full renovation

A full renovation done properly starts long before the first tool comes out. This is how we run every project from start to finish.

01

Visit and assessing the space

We come to your home or premises, assess the state of the space and listen to what you need. No obligation and no cost.

02

A detailed quote for the renovation

Within a few days you get a quote broken down line by line: strip-out, services, finishes and everything your renovation covers. No small print and no hidden costs.

03

Carrying out the work

Our team starts on the agreed date with every trade coordinated. We send you regular updates on progress so you're informed throughout.

04

Handover and final check

We go through every detail with you before calling the job done. The renovation ends when you're happy with the result, not before.

Frequently asked questions about full renovations

If you still have questions you can look through our FAQs or get in touch by any of the ways listed.

The price of a full renovation depends on the square metres, the starting condition of the space and the quality of the finishes you choose. As a rough guide, a full renovation usually runs between €400 and €700 per m², but the only way to know what your project will really cost is a detailed quote. After the visit we hand you a quote broken down line by line, at no obligation.

A full renovation of an average flat usually takes between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the floor area and the scope of the work. At the quote stage we give you a realistic schedule with start and handover dates, and we keep you posted on progress throughout.

On a full renovation it isn’t advisable, since every room and every service is being worked on at once (water, power, floors). On phased renovations it is possible to keep some areas liveable. We weigh it up with you on the visit according to your particular case.

A partial renovation only deals with one room or one particular element, such as changing a bathroom or the kitchen. A full renovation renews the whole property: services, layout, flooring, joinery and finishes, with every trade coordinated by a single team.

It depends on the scope. If the renovation doesn’t alter the structure or the layout, it usually isn’t necessary. If walls come down or major services are changed, a design and the corresponding building licence may be required. We advise you and handle the permissions needed.

Yes. That’s precisely the value of a full renovation: we coordinate plumbers, electricians, builders, joiners, tilers and decorators for you. You have a single point of contact and don’t have to hire or coordinate any trade separately.
