YOUR GARDEN, ALL YEAR
Garden and green-area maintenance in Alicante
A calendar, not call-outs
What does garden maintenance include?
A garden isn’t maintained through one-off call-outs: everything has its moment. Pruning each species in season, mowing to match the weather, checking the irrigation before summer, clearing before the heat dries the grass. That’s why we work to an annual calendar built for each garden, rather than waiting for someone to call when the hedge is already over the path. The team that comes is always the same one; they know the garden and what’s due on every visit. That’s the difference between a maintained garden and one rescued every six months.
What we do
What work maintenance covers
You can book them separately or combined into an annual plan. This is what we cover, in community and private gardens alike.
Pruning and felling
Formative and maintenance pruning of trees, palms and shrubs, each species in its season. Felling and removal of cuttings too.
Lawn and mowing
Mowing as often as the season demands, overseeding bare patches, feeding and aerating so the lawn survives the Alicante summer.
Hedges and shrubs
Hedges trimmed to a line, shrubs kept in check and beds well defined. It's what makes a garden look cared for from the street.
Automatic irrigation
We check controllers, sprinklers and drip lines and adjust them by season; a leak gets spotted early and quoted separately. Half of all dry gardens are just badly adjusted irrigation.
Clearing and tidying
Clearing plots and communal areas, removing fallen leaves and weeding between paving, with all the cuttings always taken away.
Community green areas
Development gardens with their own annual calendar and the same team on every visit, coordinated with the rest of the building's maintenance.
How we work
A regular team and a calendar for every season
The team is our own, not subcontracted, and every garden has one assigned: the same people on every visit, who know what was done last time and what’s due now. The work plan is split by season, because in Alicante a garden doesn’t ask for the same in April as in August. We respond to any issue within 24 to 48 working hours, we cover the whole province, and the contract has a three-month minimum: just long enough to watch the garden change through a full season.

How much does garden maintenance cost?
No two gardens are alike, so there’s no single fee. This is what really moves the price.

The starting condition
That’s why we don’t publish set rates: we’d be giving you a figure that looks nothing like your garden’s. Tell us what it’s like and we’ll send an itemised proposal, with no obligation.
How we get started with your garden
Every garden is handed over in a different state, and the plan has to come from what's planted and how it's doing. This is how we do it.
A visit to the garden
We walk it with you, see what's planted, what state it's in and how the irrigation works. The plan comes from there.
Annual plan and proposal
We prepare the seasonal work calendar and the itemised fee, in writing and with no surprise items.
Recovery first
If the garden arrives neglected, we bring it up to date first: overdue pruning, clearing and irrigation sorted. From there, it's maintenance.
A routine of visits
The same team comes in on the agreed calendar, and any issue is dealt with within 24 to 48 working hours.
Frequently asked questions about garden maintenance
The questions we hear most before people book the garden. If you have another one, write to us with no obligation.
It depends on the plan you agree, but it usually covers mowing the lawn, trimming hedges and shrubs, pruning in season, checking the irrigation and clearing leaves and weeds. It’s all set out in an annual calendar so you know what’s due each month.
There’s no single figure: it depends on the size, what’s planted and how often we visit. What we do is see the garden and send a fixed, itemised proposal, with no obligation.
In spring and summer the lawn and the irrigation usually call for weekly or fortnightly visits; in winter they can be spaced out. That’s why the plan is built by season rather than with one fixed frequency all year.
Both. Green areas of communities and developments, and villa and second-home gardens too. If it’s a community, we coordinate it with the rest of the building’s maintenance.
Yes, including work at height. Each species is pruned in its season, and we take the cuttings away: the garden is left clean the same day.
Yes. We check timers, sprinklers and drip lines, adjust the timings by season and repair leaks. Badly adjusted irrigation is the most common cause of a dry garden, and of runaway water bills too.
First it’s recovered, then it’s maintained. That initial recovery is quoted separately, happens only once, and from then on the normal maintenance fee applies.
There’s a three-month minimum: just long enough to watch the garden change through a full season before deciding whether to continue.
