Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These conditions govern the relationship between Grupo Montes Renovaciones, S.L. (hereinafter,
the company) and those who request information, a quote or the engagement of renovation services
through this website.

2. Services

The company provides renovation and refurbishment services for homes, commercial premises and
communal areas. No products are sold and no works are contracted through this
website. The site allows you to request information, ask for a quote and arrange an
assessment visit.

3. Quotes

Quotes are prepared individually following a visit to the property, are provided in writing and
set out which items are included and excluded. Any indicative figure published on the site does not
constitute a binding offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the document itself, a quote is valid for 30 calendar days from the
date of issue and states the applicable VAT.

4. Engagement and execution of the work

The engagement is formalised in writing through acceptance of the quote or signature of the
corresponding works contract, which sets out the scope, the price, the payment terms and the
timescales. Any change to the initial scope is documented in writing before being carried out.

5. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information, to allow access to the property at the
agreed times and to obtain, where applicable, the authorisations of the owners’ association or the
landlord. The company will advise on the municipal permits required for the work.

6. Warranties

The work carried out is covered by the warranties provided for in the applicable legislation, in
particular Spanish Act 38/1999 on Building Regulation and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving
the consolidated text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users. The specific
periods and scope of the warranty are set out in the works contract.

7. Right of withdrawal

Where the contract is concluded off business premises (for example, at the customer’s home) or at
a distance, and the customer is a consumer, they have 14 calendar days to withdraw
without having to give any reason, in accordance with articles 102 et seq. of Royal Legislative
Decree 1/2007.

To exercise this right, it is enough to communicate it unequivocally to
contact@montes-renovaciones.com or to the
company’s postal address. If the customer expressly requests that the work begin during the
withdrawal period and then withdraws, they will pay an amount proportionate to the work already
carried out.

8. Complaints

Customers may address any complaint to

on +34 614 36 65 02. The company holds official complaint forms available to consumers in
accordance with the rules of the Valencian Community.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the
privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts having
jurisdiction under the applicable rules; where the customer is a consumer, the courts of their place
of residence.
